    1.1 By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or engaging with Goodsyard Limited ("the Seller"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

    1.2 These terms supersede any previous or conflicting terms from the Customer.

    1.3 Unauthorized use of our website may give rise to a claim for damages or be a criminal offense.

    1.4 You must not misuse the website for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

2. Orders & Pricing

    2.1 Orders may be placed via phone, WhatsApp, email, or other available channels.

    2.2 All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by the Seller.

    2.3 Prices are subject to change without prior notice and exclude VAT unless stated.

    2.4 The Seller may correct pricing or availability errors prior to dispatch.

3. Payments & Credit

    3.1 Full payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    3.2 If credit terms are extended, invoices must be paid within the agreed period (e.g., 14 or 30 days).

    3.3 Late payments incur statutory interest (8% above Bank of England base rate) and fixed recovery charges.

    3.4 Customers are liable for any legal, administrative, or bank charges related to unpaid or returned cheques.

    3.5 The Seller may cancel orders or withdraw credit if terms are breached.

    3.6 Any deposits or advance payments are non-refundable unless mutually agreed.

4. Product Suitability & Liability

    4.1 The customer is responsible for determining the suitability of products.

    4.2 The Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

    4.3 Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.

    4.4 The customer is fully responsible for resale, representation, and legal compliance related to the goods.

5. Force Majeure

    5.1 We are not liable for delays or failures due to events outside our control (e.g., acts of God, pandemics, supply issues, strikes, transport disruptions, etc.).

6. Legal Jurisdiction

    6.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

    6.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
