GoodsYard Limited does not accept returns or refunds under normal circumstances. Returns are only possible upon mutual understanding between the customer and GoodsYard Limited.

1. Return Conditions

    1.1 We operate a strict no-sale-or-return policy.

    1.2 Returns are only accepted with prior written agreement.

    1.3 Returned items must be unopened and in original condition.

    1.4 Unauthorized returns will be refused.

2. Claims

    2.1 Claims for shortages, damage, or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

    2.2 Evidence (such as photos) must be provided to support your claim.

3. Refunds

    3.1 Refunds are only issued by mutual agreement.

    3.2 If a refund is agreed upon, it will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

    3.3 Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
