Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

1.1 Orders cannot be canceled once processed.

1.2 Cancellation requests before dispatch are subject to approval.

1.3 Deposits or advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

2. Order Cancellation by GoodsYard Limited

2.1 We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., stock unavailability, technical error).

2.2 If we cancel the order, a full refund will be issued.

Goodsyard Limited reserves the right to update the Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
